Get to know me

Dream it.

I’ve always wanted to help people feel beautiful - so I became a hairdresser. In school, college is pushed on most kids, however, I knew college wasn’t for me. I heard about the BOCES Cosmetology program in my junior and senior years of high school and wanted to make sure I enjoyed it before fully committing. While attending the BOCES program, I got my first salon job. Over those first two years, I would assist, work reception, and I really learned a lot. Once I graduated from the program and got my cosmetology license, I knew that I needed more space to grow and learn and so I started working at an even bigger salon where I stayed for 3 years while managing and building my own clientele. I learned a lot about the business side of the industry there: What I wanted and what I didn’t want for my own space one day.

Build it.

It all begins with an idea. Finally, it was time for me to spread my wings and be on my own - I was ready to start building my dream salon. I knew the process wouldn’t be easy, but I also knew that it would all be worth it.

Grow it.

As the years went by, I jumped on any and all opportunities I had to further educate myself in my passion and career. I wanted to become the best version of myself possible to provide the best for my clients. Around this time my clientele started to quickly grow and so did my desire to be in my own space.
